This role is field-based. Candidates should live within a reasonable distance from the primary city (Nashville, Clarksville, Bowling Green, KY). Execute brand strategy and tactics in field to deliver sales performance; manage assigned territory and targeted accounts; build strong customer relationships; solve customer needs to maximize short- and long-term sales performance while placing the patient at the center and operating in compliance with business code of conduct, policies, and applicable laws.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives.
- Create SMART pre-call plans; perform post-call evaluations; handle objections and close calls to action.
- Serve customer needs and expectations to build trusted relationships and win-win agreements.
- Develop and execute call plans that meet call metrics and optimize customer coverage/frequency.
- Stay current on customer/disease/product/clinical insights and share market intelligence to optimize brand strategy.
- Differentiate the value proposition with providers; identify/develop disease state experts and speakers/advocates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s in health/sciences/pharmacy/business preferred; or equivalent experience: 5+ years in pharma/health/science (3+ years preferred); high school diploma/GED required.
- Proven selling success and presentation skills; adapt approach to customer behavior; generate innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership in increasing responsibility; strong business acumen and business tool proficiency; strategic/critical thinking in a matrix environment.
- Preferred: therapeutic area sales success; physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care or marketing.
- HCIR credentialing required to enter facilities (background/drug screen/immunization/fingerprinting/licenses may be required); valid driverโ€™s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
