Specialty Representative, Dermatology - Charleston, WV

Role: Field-based sales representative responsible for promoting AbbVie's therapeutic products within West Virginia, focusing on immunology, oncology, and neuroscience. Objectives include achieving sales targets and growing brand presence through customer engagement. Responsibilities encompass executing tailored call plans, building strong healthcare provider relationships, and sharing market intelligence to optimize brand strategy. The role requires continuous understanding of customer needs, competitor landscape, and disease states relevant to AbbVie's portfolio. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business preferred; at least five years of industry experience with three or more in pharma sales; proven success in sales performance; strong presentation and relationship-building skills; and ability to operate in a matrix environment. Preferred: Therapeutic area expertise, experience with physician/account-based selling, and proficiency in English. Additional requirements include valid driver’s license, HCIR credentialing, and compliance with healthcare industry regulations.
