The Position
Specialty Sales Representative (Cardiometabolic portfolio launch and growth, including Plozasiran for rare/high-need cardiovascular conditions).

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
- Analyze territory data (prescribing trends, account potential, access landscape) to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage territory budget, including speaker programs and promotional initiatives.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
- Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education within approved labeling.
- Communicate complex clinical data and tailor value propositions to cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and targeted PCPs.
- Execute speaker programs, educational events, and peer-to-peer engagements to drive awareness and adoption.
- Support patient identification and therapy initiation through provider engagement.
- Build trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
- Navigate complex health systems/IDNs with Key Account Managers.
- Identify access barriers and collaborate with Market Access and patient services to support pull-through.
- Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Health IT, and Patient Services; provide actionable field insights.
- Maintain compliance with policies, regulations, and promotional standards; document activity and manage CRM reporting.
- Travel (~30%); overnight travel as needed.

Experience/Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas (strongly preferred).
- Success launching/expanding complex therapies requiring access navigation and clinical depth.
- IDN/complex healthcare systems experience (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $160,000–$180,000 plus incentive compensation (20–30% target bonus).
- RSUs and car allowance; benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
