Specialty, Pharma, & Infectious Diseases Competitive Intelligence Team Lead

Role: Lead the Specialty, Pharma & Infectious Diseases Competitive Intelligence team, providing strategic insights and assessments to inform R&D, Human Health, and Business Development decisions. Responsibilities: build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, develop strategic CI plans, manage and develop a high-performing team, and oversee enterprise-wide CI initiatives to enhance organizational readiness. Requirements: advanced degree (MBA, MS, MD, PhD), 15+ years in biotech/pharma with leadership experience, strong scientific knowledge across therapeutic areas, and expertise in global drug discovery and development processes. High-Value: focus on biotech/pharma industries, strategic CI, portfolio evaluation, and cross-therapeutic assessments. Work Setup: hybrid model based in Rahway, Upper Gwynedd, or West Point, PA; travel ~10%.
