Specialty, Pharma, & Infectious Diseases Competitive Intelligence Team Lead

Role: Lead the Specialty, Pharma & Infectious Diseases Competitive Intelligence team, serving as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across R&D, Human Health, and Business Development. Objectives include delivering actionable insights, strategic assessments, and fostering enterprise-wide competitive intelligence capabilities. Responsibilities encompass building trusted relationships with leadership, developing strategic plans, leading and mentoring a high-performing CI team, and guiding global initiatives to enhance decision-making and organizational readiness. Requirements: Advanced degree (MBA, MS, MD, PhD); 15+ years in biotech/pharma industry with strong leadership and people management experience; deep scientific knowledge across therapeutic areas; broad understanding of drug discovery, development, and global pharmaceutical/biotech landscapes; excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. High-Value: Focus on strategic CI within biopharma, supporting portfolio investments, product development, and commercial strategies, with a hybrid work model based in PA, and approximately 10% travel.
