Specialty, Pharma, & Infectious Diseases Competitive Intelligence Team Lead

Role: Lead the Specialty, Pharma & Infectious Diseases Competitive Intelligence team, serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership across R&D and Human Health. Objectives include delivering actionable insights, supporting portfolio prioritization, product development, and commercial strategies. Responsibilities: build trusted relationships with stakeholders, develop strategic plans, oversee CI activities ensuring quality and compliance, and lead enterprise-wide CI initiatives and capability improvements. People leadership involves managing and developing a high-performing team of CI professionals. Requirements: advanced degree (MBA, MS, MD, PhD), 15+ years in biotech/pharma with strong people management, broad scientific and industry knowledge, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. High-value specifics include expertise across multiple therapeutic areas, drug discovery, and development processes, with a focus on strategic assessments in a global, regulated environment. Work setup: hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 remote) in PA locations; travel approx. 10%.
