Responsibilities:
- Drive demand for assigned dermatology product through education and clinical selling.
- Educate HCPs and optimize opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding and initial clinical/patient access education.
- Coordinate clinical education programs (e.g., peer-to-peer education).
- Manage accounts in dermatology practices/clinics/outlets and independent physician offices.
- Achieve territory sales goals/metrics; execute brand strategy/tactics within the customer segment.
- Build relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials/reprints; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies and drive customer engagement.
- Present complex clinical/business information; develop and implement medical education/sponsor programs.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).
- Follow compliance policies/training; uphold patient-first values.

Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharma/biotech/med device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience) OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology experience/calling on dermatologists highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning; understanding of managed care; strong communication and collaboration.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Dermatologist calling experience.
- Experience with complex reimbursement issues.

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to drive/fly; overnight travel 25–50%.

Training:
- Contingent on passing mandatory product training (written/oral exams).

Compensation/Benefits (summary):
- US hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31; may be eligible for short-term incentives and benefits (e.g., medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability, life, tuition reimbursement, PTO, sick time, holidays).
