About the Role
- Drive demand (post-regulatory approval) through education of healthcare providers.
- Educate HCPs and optimize business opportunities in targeted dermatology physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Develop and apply business processes that benefit patients and achieve sales goals.

How you will contribute
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers along a brand educational continuum.
- Provide initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education programs for HCPs (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Perform account management in dermatology practices/clinics/outlets and independent physician offices.
- Achieve territory sales goals and key metrics using approved franchise/brand strategy and tactics.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement via relationship-building and education.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and relevant groups.
- Develop and implement medical education/sponsorship programs; stay current on disease/treatments/market changes.
- Manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs).
- Follow compliance policies/training and seek clarification when needed.

Minimum Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharma/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience); OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologists calling experience (highly preferred).
- Strategic planning, managed care understanding, strong communication, collaboration, and reside near assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Dermatologist calling experience.
- Managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Training/Licenses/Travel
- Must pass mandatory product training (written/oral exams); temporary non-exempt status with overtime eligibility during training.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Drive/fly to accounts; occasional overnight travel (25–50%).
