About the Role
- Drive demand through education following potential regulatory approval for the assigned product.
- Educate healthcare providers and optimize opportunities in dermatology-focused physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.

Responsibilities / How you will contribute
- Support account onboarding; provide initial clinical and patient access education.
- Conduct clinical selling and deliver clinical value; advance customers across an education continuum.
- Coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer); perform account management in dermatology practices and independent offices.
- Achieve territory sales goals/metrics; execute brand strategy/tactics within assigned customer segments.
- Build relationships with HCP decision-makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials; present complex clinical/business information.
- Develop/sponsor medical education programs; educate on disease/treatment updates.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs).
- Maintain compliance and uphold patient-first standards.

Minimum requirements
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling in pharma/biotech/medical device (or 2+ years at Takeda).
- Dermatology experience highly preferred.
- Strategic/business planning; understanding managed care.
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation (verbal/written) and collaboration.
- Reside within or near assigned geography.

Preferred
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Experience calling on dermatologists.
- Experience with complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Travel
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to drive/fly; up to 25–50% overnight travel.
