Responsibilities:
- Drive demand via education following potential regulatory approval for the assigned product.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize business opportunities in dermatology physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding; conduct clinical selling and deliver the clinical value proposition.
- Support clinical and patient access education for medical staff; coordinate HCP education (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage accounts and achieve sales goals/territory metrics.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop/deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials and medical reprints; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and other stakeholders.
- Develop/implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatment and business changes.
- Strategically manage allocated resources.
- Adhere to all compliance policies, guidelines, and training; seek clarification when uncertain.

Minimum Requirements (Required):
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling and/or relevant clinical/industry experience (OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda).
- Dermatology experience highly preferred.
- Strategic planning; understanding of managed care landscape.
- Strong verbal, influencing, presentation, and written communication.
- Strong collaboration; reside within/close to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Experience calling on dermatologists.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driverโ€™s License.

Travel: Drive/fly to accounts; occasional overnight travel 25โ€“50%.

Compensation/Benefits (if included): Wisconsinโ€”Virtual; U.S. hourly wage range $63.51โ€“$87.31.
