About the Role:
- Drive demand following potential regulatory approval through education; educate healthcare providers and optimize business opportunities in Dermatology specialty physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.

How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Perform clinical selling (deliver clinical value proposition; advance customers across an educational continuum).
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education opportunities for HCPs (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Conduct account management in Dermatology practices, clinics, outlets, and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals/territory metrics by delivering product volume; execute franchise/company brand strategy and tactics.
- Build professional relationships with HCP decision makers, support staff, and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement and educate key local decision makers.
- Present complex clinical/business information to Dermatologists and other stakeholders.
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets).
- Follow compliance policies, guidelines, and training; seek clarification on compliance matters.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or 2+ years at Takeda)
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience highly preferred
- Business/strategic planning skills; managed care understanding
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Reside within or close to assigned geography

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs
- Dermatologist calling experience
- Experience communicating complex reimbursement issues

Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License

Travel:
- Ability to drive/fly; up to 25–50% overnight travel
