How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Perform clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across an educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer) for HCPs.
- Conduct account management in dermatology practices/clinics/hospital accounts and independent physician offices.
- Achieve territory sales goals/metrics by delivering product volume; execute franchise/company brand strategy and tactics.
- Build professional relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement through relationship-building and education.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and healthcare groups.
- Develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states/treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office).
- Follow all compliance policies, guidelines, and training.

Minimum requirements (Required):
- BS/BA.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/med device and/or relevant clinical/industry experience, OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology experience highly preferred (calling on dermatologists).
- Strategic planning; managed care understanding.
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation, and writing; strong team collaboration.
- Reside within or close to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals; reimbursement issue experience.

Training:
- Pass mandatory product training (written/oral exams). Training period may be non-exempt; overtime and incentive/bonus eligibility may be limited during training.

Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License.

Travel:
- Drive/fly to accounts; some overnight travel (up to 25–50%).
