Specialty Business Manager, Dermatology- Cincinnati, OH

Responsibilities:
- Drive demand for assigned dermatology product through education following potential regulatory approval.
- Educate HCPs and optimize business opportunities in dermatology-focused physician offices, clinics, hospitals, and related outlets.
- Support account onboarding; deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across an educational continuum.
- Provide clinical and patient access education; coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Conduct account management in dermatology practices and independent physician offices.
- Achieve territory sales goals/metrics; execute brand strategy/tactics within the assigned customer segment.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop/deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials; present complex clinical/business info.
- Develop and implement medical education opportunities/sponsor programs.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).
- Maintain compliance with company policies/training and seek clarification on compliance matters.

Qualifications:
Required:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling in pharma/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry experience); OR 2+ years selling at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologists calling experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning; managed care understanding.
- Strong communication, presentation, influencing, and writing skills.
- Team collaboration; reside within/near assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Dermatologists calling experience.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Training/Other:
- Pass mandatory product training (written/oral exams).
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Travel: drive/fly as needed; 25–50% overnight travel possible.
