Responsibilities:
- Drive demand post-regulatory approval through education; educate HCPs.
- Support account onboarding and initial clinical/patient access education.
- Conduct clinical selling and advance customers along a brand educational continuum.
- Coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer) and manage Dermatology accounts across practices/clinics/hospitals/independent offices.
- Achieve territory sales goals and key metrics; execute franchise/company strategy for the assigned segment.
- Build relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement.
- Present complex clinical/business information and implement sponsor/medical education programs.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs).
- Adhere to compliance policies and uphold patient-first values.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- BS/BA.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry experience); OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology experience preferred.
- Strategic planning, managed care understanding, strong communication, teamwork.
- Reside within or close to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Dermatology calling experience.
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Certifications & Travel:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Drive/fly to accounts; travel up to 25–50%.

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable):
- U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31; may include short-term incentives and benefits (insurance, 401(k), disability, life, tuition, paid time off, sick time, vacation).

Training:
- Must pass mandatory product training (written/oral exams); eligibility for overtime/incentives varies during training.
