Responsibilities:
- Drive demand through education following potential regulatory approval.
- Educate HCPs and optimize business opportunities in Dermatology physician offices, clinics, hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding and provide clinical and patient access education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers through an educational continuum.
- Coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage Dermatology accounts; attain sales goals/territory metrics; execute franchise/company brand strategy.
- Build relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Present complex clinical/business information to office/institutional Dermatologists and relevant groups.
- Develop/implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states/treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).
- Follow compliance policies and seek clarification as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience (preferred).
- Business/strategic planning; managed care understanding.
- Strong verbal, influencing, presentation, and written communication.
- Strong collaboration/team success.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.
Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.
- Valid Driver’s License.

Travel:
- Drive/fly to accounts; occasional overnight travel up to 25–50%.

Training:
- Must pass mandatory product training (written/oral). Temporary non-exempt/O/T eligibility during training; transition to exempt after.

Compensation/Benefits (Delaware - Virtual):
- Estimated hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31.
- Potential eligibility for short-term incentives and benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability/life, tuition reimbursement, volunteer time off, holidays, well-being; up to 80 sick hours/year; up to 120 hours paid vacation for new hires).
