Responsibilities:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling activities, including delivering the clinical value proposition and advancing customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate and support clinical education opportunities/programs for HCPs (e.g., peer-to-peer education).
- Perform account management within Dermatology practices, clinics, outlets, and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals and objectives (product volume and key metrics) in the assigned territory; execute brand strategy/tactics within the assigned customer segment.
- Build professional relationships with HCP decision makers, support staff, and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved marketing materials/medical reprints; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement by identifying/cultivating local relationships.
- Present complex clinical and business information to Dermatologists and other decision-making audiences.
- Develop and implement medical education opportunities; sponsor programs to expand HCP knowledge.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., financial/budgets, managed markets, medical affairs).
- Adhere to compliance policies, guidelines, and training.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (BA/BS).
- Required: 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; OR 2+ years successful selling experience at Takeda.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists/Dermatology (highly preferred).
- Business/strategic planning skills; adaptability to changing market conditions.
- Understanding of managed care landscape.
- Strong verbal/influencing/presentation/written communication.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling experience to healthcare professionals (pharma/biotech/device/healthcare) and/or relevant clinical/industry experience.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Training Requirements:
- Completion of mandatory product training with written and oral examinations.

Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License.

Travel:
- Ability to drive/fly to accounts; some overnight travel (up to 25–50%).
