Responsibilities:
- Drive demand post-regulatory approval by educating HCPs and optimizing business opportunities in Dermatology practices, clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding and deliver clinical value propositions through a brand educational continuum.
- Provide initial clinical and patient access education; coordinate peer-to-peer and other HCP education programs.
- Manage accounts and attain territory sales goals/metrics; execute brand strategy/tactics within the customer segment.
- Build relationships with healthcare decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials; present complex clinical and business information.
- Execute local marketing strategies; develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office).
- Adhere to compliance policies, guidelines, and training.

Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry); OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology experience calling on Dermatologists (highly preferred).
- Business/strategic planning, managed care understanding, strong communication, collaboration.
- Reside within or close to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Training/Certifications/Travel:
- Pass mandatory product training (written/oral exams).
- Valid Driverโ€™s License.
- Drive/fly to accounts; overnight travel 25โ€“50%.

Compensation/Benefits (Illinoisโ€“Virtual):
- $63.51โ€“$87.31 hourly; may include short-term incentives and benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability, life, tuition reimbursement, volunteer time off, holidays, well-being; up to 80 hours sick time; up to 120 hours paid vacation for new hires).
