Responsibilities:
- Drive demand for assigned product through education following potential regulatory approval.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize business opportunities in dermatology-focused physician offices, clinics, and hospitals.
- Support account onboarding and clinical/patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education programs for HCPs (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Conduct account management in dermatology practices and independent physician offices.
- Achieve territory sales goals and key metrics; execute brand strategy/tactics within assigned customer segment.
- Build relationships with HCP decision-makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies; enhance results via cross-team collaboration.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and relevant groups.
- Develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states/treatments/market changes.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience); OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Strong verbal, influencing, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated strategic planning; understanding of managed care.
- Collaboration/team success; reside within or close to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Experience calling on dermatologists.
- Experience communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Travel:
- Valid driver’s license; drive/fly as needed; overnight travel up to 25–50%.

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable):
- Base salary range: $140,000–$192,500; may include incentives and benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, PTO, holidays, sick/vacation).

Training Requirement:
- Successful completion of mandatory product training (written/oral).
