About the Role:
Dermatology Specialty Business Manager drives demand after potential regulatory approval by educating healthcare providers and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.

How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and move customers across an educational continuum.
- Provide initial clinical/patient access education; coordinate clinical education programs (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Perform account management in Dermatology practices/clinics and independent physician offices.
- Meet sales goals/territory metrics; execute brand strategy and tactics within assigned customer segments.
- Build relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement through relationship-building and education.
- Present complex clinical/business information to Dermatologists and relevant professional/patient groups.
- Develop and implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatment updates.
- Strategically manage allocated resources.
- Adhere to compliance policies/training and seek clarification on compliance issues.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; OR 2+ years at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologists calling experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning, managed care understanding, strong communication, collaboration, and reside near assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling; Dermatologist experience; complex reimbursement experience.

Training/Licenses/Travel:
- Successful completion of mandatory product training with written/oral exams.
- Valid Driver’s License; drive/fly to accounts; up to 25–50% overnight travel.
