Responsibilities:
- Drive demand for assigned dermatology product post-regulatory approval through education.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize opportunities in dermatology practices, clinics, and hospital accounts (and independent physician offices).
- Support account onboarding; deliver clinical selling activities and the clinical value proposition.
- Provide initial clinical/patient access education; coordinate HCP clinical education (including peer-to-peer).
- Conduct account management; build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop/deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies, manage resources, present complex clinical/business information, and develop/sponsor medical education programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and training.

Minimum Requirements (Required):
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry experience); OR 2+ years at Takeda.
- Demonstrated strategic planning and business skills; understanding of managed care impact.
- Strong communication (verbal/influencing/presentation/written) and collaboration.
- Reside within or close to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Experience calling on dermatologists; managing complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Travel:
- Valid driver’s license; ability to drive/fly; occasional overnight travel (up to 25–50%).
