About the Role:
- Drive demand for the assigned product through education after potential regulatory approval.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize business opportunities in Dermatology-focused physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Demonstrate excellence in business processes that benefit patients and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities:
- Support account onboarding via education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across an educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate/support clinical education programs for HCPs (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage accounts in Dermatology practices/clinics/outlets and independent physician offices.
- Meet territory sales goals and key metrics; execute brand strategy and tactics within customer segments.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information, approved materials, and medical reprints.
- Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement through relationship development and education.
- Present complex clinical/business information to Dermatologists and relevant groups.
- Develop and implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states/treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (financial/budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office).
- Uphold patient-first values and adhere to compliance policies and training.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Required:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry) selling; OR 2+ years selling at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologists calling experience (highly preferred).
- Business/strategic planning; adaptability to market changes.
- Understanding of managed care landscape.
- Strong communication and influencing/presentation skills.
- Collaboration/team success.
- Reside within or near assigned geography.
Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; Dermatologist calling.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Training:
- Employment is contingent on passing mandatory product training (written/oral exams).

Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License.

Travel:
- Ability to drive/fly; occasional overnight travel up to 25–50%.
