Responsibilities:
- Drive demand post-regulatory approval through HCP education for Dermatology in targeted physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding and initial clinical/patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education opportunities (e.g., peer-to-peer), conduct account management in Dermatology practices/clinics/outlets.
- Execute clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition; advance customers across an educational continuum.
- Meet sales goals/territory metrics; apply brand strategy/tactics within assigned customer segment.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop/deliver targeted sales messaging using approved materials/reprints; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Present complex clinical and business information to office/institution Dermatologists and stakeholders.
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; continuously update knowledge.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets/managed markets/medical affairs).
- Follow compliance policies and training; lead with patient-first values.
Qualifications (Required):
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharma/biotech/med device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience); or 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatologist/Dermatology calling experience highly preferred.
- Strategic/business planning skills; understanding of managed care.
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation, and teamwork.
- Live within or close to assigned geography.
Preferred:
- 5+ years direct HCP selling experience.
- Dermatologist calling experience.
- Experience with complex reimbursement issues.
Training/Licenses/Travel:
- Pass mandatory product training exams; valid driverβs license.
- Ability to drive/fly; occasional overnight travel (25β50%).
