About the Role
- Drive demand after potential regulatory approval by educating healthcare providers and optimizing business opportunities in Dermatology-focused physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Achieve sales goals through excellence in business processes benefiting patients.
How you will contribute
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers through an educational continuum.
- Provide clinical and patient access education; coordinate peer-to-peer and other HCP education programs.
- Manage Dermatology accounts (practices, clinics, outlets, independent physician offices).
- Achieve territory sales goals/metrics; execute brand and franchise strategy in assigned customer segments.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials and accurate clinical information.
- Execute local marketing strategies to grow engagement and customer relationships.
- Present complex clinical/business information; develop and sponsor medical education opportunities.
- Strategically manage allocated resources.
- Follow compliance policies and training; seek clarification when uncertain.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device and/or relevant clinical/industry experience (or 2+ years at Takeda)
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience highly preferred
- Strategic planning, managed care understanding, strong communication, collaboration, and residence near assigned geography.
Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs
- Complex reimbursement experience
Compensation/Benefits (Louisiana - Virtual)
- U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51β$87.31
