How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Perform clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across an educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff; coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Conduct account management in dermatology practices/clinics/hospital outlets and independent physician offices.
- Achieve territory sales goals/metrics by executing franchise/brand strategy and tactics for assigned customer segments.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement via relationship-building and education.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and decision-making groups.
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatment and business environment.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office).
- Follow compliance policies/training and seek clarification on compliance matters.

Minimum requirements:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling in pharma/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry experience); OR 2+ years at Takeda.
- Dermatology calling experience highly preferred.
- Strategic planning and managed care understanding.
- Strong communication and collaboration; live within/near assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Experience calling on dermatologists.
- Complex reimbursement issue experience.

Licenses/Travel:
- Valid driver’s license; ability to drive/fly; 25–50% overnight travel possible.

Training:
- Must pass mandatory product training (written/oral exams). Training period may be non-exempt with overtime eligibility during training only; transition to exempt after exams.

- U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31. Short-term incentives and certain insurance/401(k)/disability/life/tuitions/paid time off may be available.
