Responsibilities:
- Drive demand for assigned dermatology product through education following potential regulatory approval.
- Educate HCPs and optimize opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding; deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across an education continuum.
- Support clinical and patient access education; coordinate peer-to-peer and other HCP education programs.
- Manage accounts within dermatology practices/clinics and independent physician offices.
- Achieve territory sales goals/metrics by delivering product volume; execute brand strategy and tactics within assigned customer segment.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information, approved materials, and medical reprints.
- Execute local marketing strategies; sponsor/implement medical education and programs.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and other stakeholders.
- Strategically manage allocated resources and adhere to compliance and training.
Minimum qualifications (Required):
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling in pharma/biotech/medical device and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Business/strategic planning; understanding of managed care.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.
Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Experience calling on dermatologists.
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.
Training/Travel:
- Pass mandatory product training exams (written/oral).
- Drive/fly to accounts; some overnight travel up to 25β50%.
Compensation/Benefits (if applicable): $63.51β$87.31 hourly; may be eligible for incentives and benefits (e.g., medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability, life, tuition reimbursement, PTO, sick time, vacation).
