Responsibilities:
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and onboard accounts through clinical and patient-access education.
- Conduct clinical selling and account management in Dermatology practices, clinics, hospitals, and independent physician offices.
- Coordinate HCP education opportunities (e.g., peer-to-peer education) and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials.
- Present complex product and patient support information to office and institutional audiences.
- Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement; establish relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; maintain up-to-date disease/treatment knowledge.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs).
- Adhere to Takeda compliance policies; uphold patient-first values and customer satisfaction standards.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- BA/BS required.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry experience); OR 2+ years successful selling experience at Takeda.
- Business/strategic planning skills; understanding of managed care.
- Strong communication (verbal, influencing, presentation, written) and collaboration.
- Reside within or close to assigned geography.
Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Experience with complex reimbursement issues.
Licenses/Travel:
- Valid driverβs license.
- Ability to drive/fly; up to 25β50% overnight travel.
Compensation/Benefits (if eligible):
- California (Virtual) hourly wage range: $63.51β$87.31.
