Responsibilities
- Drive demand through education after potential regulatory approval for assigned product.
- Educate HCPs and optimize opportunities in Dermatology practices, key clinics, hospital accounts, and independent physician offices.
- Support account onboarding and initial clinical/patient access education.
- Coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer) and conduct account management activities.
- Achieve sales goals/territory metrics by delivering product volume; execute brand strategy tactically within assigned customer segment.
- Build relationships with healthcare provider decision-makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials; present complex clinical/business information and patient support services.
- Develop and implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).
- Follow compliance policies, guidelines, and training.

Qualifications (Required)
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience) OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Demonstrated business/strategic planning; understanding of managed care.
- Strong verbal, influencing, presentation, and written communication; collaboration.
- Reside within or close to assigned geography.

Qualifications (Preferred)
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience.
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.

Skills/Certifications/Travel
- Valid driver’s license; ability to drive/fly; up to 25–50% overnight travel.
- Must pass mandatory product training (written/oral).

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31.
