Responsibilities:
- Drive demand for assigned dermatology product through HCP education.
- Educate healthcare providers and optimize business opportunities in dermatology-focused physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding, clinical selling, and initial clinical/patient access education.
- Coordinate HCP education (e.g., peer-to-peer), conduct account management, and build customer engagement.
- Present complex clinical/business information and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials.
- Execute local marketing strategies, develop medical education/sponsorship programs, and stay current on disease/treatment/market changes.
- Manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.) and follow all compliance policies/training.

Qualifications:
Required:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry experience), OR 2+ years successful selling experience at Takeda.
- Strategic planning and managed care understanding.
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Experience calling on dermatologists.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Training/Certifications/Travel:
- Pass mandatory product training (written/oral). Valid driver’s license.
- Drive/fly to accounts; occasional overnight travel up to 25–50%.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- California virtual: $63.51–$87.31 hourly range. Possible short-term incentives; may include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, holidays, and sick time/vacation accrual.
