Responsibilities:
- Drive demand for assigned dermatology product through education and clinical selling.
- Support account onboarding; provide clinical and patient access education.
- Coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer); conduct account management in dermatology practices/clinics/hospitals and independent offices.
- Achieve sales goals/territory metrics by delivering product volume and executing brand strategy tactics.
- Build relationships with HCP decision-makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use; develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials.
- Present complex clinical/business information and develop/implement medical education and sponsored programs.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets/managed markets/medical affairs/home office).
- Follow compliance policies/guidelines and seek clarification when uncertain.
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience), OR 2+ years at Takeda.
- Dermatologist/Dermatology calling experience (highly preferred).
- Strategic planning; understanding managed care impact.
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation (verbal/written); collaboration.
- Live within or near assigned geography.
Preferred:
- 5+ years direct healthcare/professional selling.
- Dermatologist calling experience; experience managing complex reimbursement issues.
Training/License/Travel:
- Pass mandatory product training (written/oral exams).
- Valid driverβs license; drive/fly to accounts; 25β50% overnight travel.
Compensation/Benefits (explicit):
- U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51β$87.31; eligible for medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability/life, tuition reimbursement, paid sick/vacation, and incentives (location-dependent).
