Responsibilities:
- Drive demand post-regulatory approval for assigned product by educating healthcare providers (HCPs).
- Onboard accounts through education; conduct clinical selling and deliver clinical value proposition.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education; coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage Dermatology accounts (practices, clinics, hospital outlets, independent physician offices) and attain sales goals/territory metrics.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop/deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement.
- Present complex clinical/business information to Dermatologists and relevant groups.
- Develop and implement medical education opportunities/sponsor programs; stay current on disease states and treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office).
- Adhere to compliance policies, guidelines, and training.

Qualifications:
Required:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry experience); OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologists calling experience highly preferred.
- Strategic planning; understanding of managed care.
- Strong communication, presentation, collaboration; reside within/close to assigned geography.
Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists; managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Other:
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Travel: drive/fly to accounts; occasional overnight travel up to 25–50%.
- Contingent on passing mandatory product training (written/oral exams).
