About the Role
- Drive demand following potential regulatory approval through education for the assigned product.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize business opportunities in Dermatology-focused physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Develop and apply business processes that benefit patients and lead to achievement of sales goals and objectives.

How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver the clinical value proposition and advance customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate/sponsor clinical education opportunities (e.g., peer-to-peer) for HCPs.
- Manage accounts within Dermatology practices/clinics and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals via product volume and key territory metrics; execute brand strategy/tactics in the assigned segment.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials and clinical information; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement by identifying/cultivating relationships and educating decision makers.
- Present complex clinical/business information to office and institutional Dermatologists and professional/patient groups.
- Develop/implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states/treatments/market changes.
- Manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs).

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; OR 2+ years successful selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologists calling experience highly preferred.
- Strategic/business planning skills; understanding of managed care landscape.
- Strong verbal, influencing, presentation, and written communication; collaboration skills.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals in healthcare/pharma/biotech/device.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Certifications
- Valid Driver’s License.

Travel Requirements
- Ability to drive/fly to accounts and occasional meetings; overnight travel up to 25–50%.

Training Requirements
- Contingent on passing mandatory product training (written/oral). During training: non-exempt status; overtime eligible; no sales incentives/production bonuses. After passing exams: transitioned to exempt status and eligible for incentives.
