About the Role
- Drive demand by educating healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimizing business opportunities in Dermatology practices, clinics, and hospital accounts.
How you will contribute
- Support account onboarding and patient access education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value, advance customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer) and sponsor medical education programs.
- Perform account management and build customer engagement within assigned territory.
- Present complex clinical/business information and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials.
- Execute local marketing strategies; strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).
- Adhere to compliance policies and maintain patient-first, high customer satisfaction standards.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Required: BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatologist/Dermatology calling experience (highly preferred).
- Business/strategic planning; understanding managed care landscape; strong communication; collaboration; reside within/near assigned geography.
Preferred
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; experience calling on Dermatologists; managing complex reimbursement issues.
Other
- Valid driverβs license; ability to drive/fly; overnight travel ~25β50%.
- Training requires passing mandatory product training/exams; temporary non-exempt classification during training.
Compensation/Benefits (explicitly listed)
- U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51β$87.31; may include short-term incentives; eligibility for medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, holidays, well-being benefits; up to 80 hours sick time; up to 120 hours paid vacation (new hires).
