Responsibilities:
- Drive demand post-regulatory approval through education of healthcare providers (HCPs) in Dermatology.
- Support account onboarding, clinical selling, and initial clinical/patient access education.
- Coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer) and conduct account management in dermatology practices, clinics, hospitals, and independent offices.
- Achieve territory sales goals/metrics by delivering product volume and executing brand strategy.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials; present complex clinical/business information and patient support services.
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs).

Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience) OR 2+ years selling at Takeda.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists/Dermatology (highly preferred).
- Business/strategic planning, managed care understanding, strong communication, collaboration, and ability to reside near assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct HCP selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience), Dermatologist experience, and experience managing complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Travel:
- Valid Driver’s License; ability to drive/fly; occasional overnight travel (25–50%).

Compensation/Benefits (if eligible):
- U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31; potential short-term incentives and benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability, life, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, sick time, etc.).
