Job Description

How you will contribute:
- Support account on-boarding through education.
- Engage in clinical selling; deliver the clinical value proposition and advance customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate and support clinical education opportunities for HCPs (e.g., peer-to-peer education).
- Conduct account management in Dermatology practices, clinics, outlets, and independent physician offices.
- Attain sales goals and objectives by delivering product volume and key territory metrics; execute franchise/company brand strategy within the assigned customer segment.
- Build professional relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective use of products.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages to HCPs using accurate clinical information, approved materials, and medical reprints.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement by identifying, cultivating, and educating key decision makers.
- Present complex clinical/business information to office and institutional Dermatologists and health care professional groups.
- Develop and implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (financial/budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS; 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device and/or relevant clinical/industry experience, OR 2+ years successful selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning, managed care understanding, strong communication, collaboration.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Experience managing and communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Training/Licenses/Travel (as stated):
- Pass mandatory product training (written/oral). Valid Driver’s License. Travel/drive and up to 25–50% overnight travel.
