About the Role
- Drive demand through education following potential regulatory approval by educating healthcare providers and optimizing business opportunities in targeted dermatology physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.
How you will contribute
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Perform clinical selling and deliver clinical value propositions; advance customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient-access education.
- Coordinate clinical education opportunities (e.g., peer-to-peer education).
- Conduct account management within dermatology practices/clinics/outlets and independent physician offices.
- Achieve territory sales goals via product volume and key metrics; execute franchise/company brand strategy.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and other decision makers.
- Develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs.
- Manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office).
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- BA/BS.
- Required: 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience) OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology experience/calling on dermatologists highly preferred.
- Strategic planning; understanding of managed care; strong communication; collaboration; reside within/near assigned geography.
Preferred
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals; experience calling on dermatologists; experience with complex reimbursement issues.
Training/Licenses/Travel
- Pass mandatory product training (written/oral). Valid driverβs license. Ability to drive/fly; travel up to 25β50%.
Compensation/Benefits (explicit)
- Arizona (Virtual) U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51β$87.31.
