About the Role
- Drive demand post-regulatory approval by educating healthcare providers and optimizing business opportunities in Dermatology-focused physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts.

How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education for HCPs (e.g., peer-to-peer education).
- Manage Dermatology accounts in practices/clinics/outlets and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals by delivering product volume and other territory metrics; execute brand/franchise strategy with discretion.
- Build relationships with HCP decision-makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials and medical reprints; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement through local relationships and education.
- Present complex clinical/business information to Dermatologists, HCPs, and relevant groups.
- Develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states/treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets/managed markets/medical affairs).
- Follow compliance policies and training; seek clarification when needed.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; OR 2+ years selling at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning; managed care understanding.
- Strong communication, presentation, influencing, and writing.
- Collaboration skills.
- Live within or near assigned geography.
Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Dermatologist calling experience.
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.

Training Requirements
- Employment contingent on passing mandatory product training exams (written/oral).
- Valid driver’s license.

Travel Requirements
- Drive/fly to accounts; up to 25–50% overnight travel.

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable)
- Nebraska – Virtual; U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31.
