Responsibilities:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers along a brand educational continuum.
- Provide clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education opportunities/programs (e.g., peer-to-peer) for HCPs.
- Manage accounts in dermatology practices, clinics, outlets, and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals/territory metrics; execute brand/franchise strategy tactics within assigned customer segment.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials and medical reprints; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement by identifying/cultivating relationships and educating decision makers.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and relevant professional/patient groups.
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatment and business environment.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office).
- Adhere to compliance policies, guidelines, and training.

Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS degree.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; or 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatologist/dermatology calling experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning; managed care understanding.
- Strong verbal, influencing, presentation, and written communication.
- Strong collaboration/team success.
- Live within or close to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals (plus relevant clinical/industry experience).
- Dermatologist calling experience.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

License/Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License.

Travel:
- Ability to drive/fly to accounts; occasional overnight travel (up to 25–50%).
