Specialty Business Manager, Dermatology

Responsibilities
- Drive demand for the assigned product through education by educating HCPs and optimizing opportunities in Dermatology practices, clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding; provide clinical and patient access education.
- Conduct clinical selling and deliver a clinical value proposition across a brand education continuum.
- Coordinate clinical education programs (e.g., peer-to-peer); manage complex clinical and business information.
- Conduct account management and relationships with HCP decision-makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials/reprints; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies, build engagement, and manage allocated resources (financial/budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).
- Achieve sales goals and key metrics in the assigned territory; execute franchise/company strategy.

Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; OR 2+ years successful selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology experience highly preferred.
- Strategic planning; managed care understanding.
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Live within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Experience communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Travel
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to drive/fly; 25–50% overnight travel.

Training Requirements
- Must pass mandatory product training (written/oral).

Compensation/Benefits (Oklahoma - Virtual)
- US hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31.
- May be eligible for short-term incentives and benefits (e.g., medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability/life, tuition reimbursement, PTO/sick time).
