Responsibilities:
- Drive demand by educating healthcare providers (HCPs) after potential regulatory approval for the assigned product.
- Support account onboarding, initial clinical and patient access education, and coordinate clinical education programs (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Conduct account management in Dermatology practices, clinics/hospitals, and independent physician offices.
- Meet sales goals and territory metrics; execute brand strategy and tactics for targeted customer segments.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Present complex clinical/business information; develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).
- Follow compliance policies and maintain patient-first standards.
Qualifications (Required):
- BA/BS degree.
- 3+ years successful selling experience (pharma/biotech/medical device) OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience (highly preferred).
- Strategic planning/business judgment; understanding of managed care.
- Strong communication (verbal, influencing, presentation, written) and collaboration.
- Reside within or near assigned geography.
Qualifications (Preferred):
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Experience with managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.
