Responsibilities:
- Drive demand through education following potential regulatory approval for an assigned product.
- Educate HCPs and optimize business opportunities in dermatology-focused physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding; deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Provide initial clinical and patient access education; coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage accounts within dermatology practices, clinics, independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals/territory metrics by delivering product volume; execute brand strategy/tactics within customer segments.
- Build relationships with decision makers/staff to support safe and effective use of products.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information, approved materials, and medical reprints.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; continuously learn about disease states/treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry experience), or 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Strong verbal, influencing, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Business/strategic planning; adaptability; understanding of managed care.
- Collaboration skills.
- Reside within or close to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Experience calling on dermatologists.
- Experience with complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License.

Travel:
- Drive/fly to accounts; occasional meetings; 25–50% overnight travel.
