Role Summary:
Dermatology Specialty Business Manager drives demand for an assigned product through education, partnering with HCPs in physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.

How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers along an educational continuum
- Support initial clinical and patient-access education; coordinate peer-to-peer and other HCP education programs
- Manage Dermatology accounts (practices, clinics/outlets, independent offices)
- Meet sales goals/territory metrics; execute brand strategy and tactics within the assigned customer segment
- Build relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use
- Develop/deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials
- Present complex clinical/business information to Dermatologists and relevant groups
- Develop/implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatments/market changes
- Strategically manage allocated resources; adhere to compliance and patient-first standards

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- BA/BS
- 3+ years successful pharma/biotech/medical device selling (or 2+ years at Takeda)
- Dermatologist/Dermatology calling experience highly preferred
- Strategic planning, managed care understanding, strong communication, collaboration, and live within/near assigned geography

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; calling on Dermatologists; experience with complex reimbursement

Training:
- Must pass mandatory product training (written/oral). Non-exempt during training; overtime during training only; then transition to exempt status.

Licenses/Travel:
- Valid driver’s license; ability to drive/fly; occasional overnight travel (up to 25–50%).

Comp/Benefits (Illinois - Virtual):
- U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31; may be eligible for short-term incentives and benefits (e.g., medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability, life, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, sick time).
