Responsibilities:
- Drive demand for assigned Dermatology product through education and account management.
- Support account onboarding; deliver clinical value proposition; advance customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Provide clinical and patient access education for medical staff; coordinate peer-to-peer and other HCP education programs.
- Manage Dermatology practices/clinics/hospital accounts and independent physician offices to attain territory sales goals and key metrics.
- Build relationships with HCP decision-makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies; manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).
- Present complex clinical and business information; develop/sponsor medical education opportunities.
- Adhere to compliance policies and training.
Minimum Requirements (Required):
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or 2+ years selling at Takeda).
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning; understanding of managed care.
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation, writing, and collaboration.
- Live within or close to assigned geography.
Preferred:
- 5+ years direct healthcare professional selling.
- Dermatologist calling experience.
- Complex reimbursement issues experience.
Other:
- Valid driverβs license; ability to drive/fly; 25β50% overnight travel.
- Mandatory product training with exams.
Compensation/Benefits (U.S. Hourly Wage Range): $63.51β$87.31; may include short-term incentives, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation/sick time, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, well-being benefits.
