About the Role:
- Drive demand for the assigned product following potential regulatory approval through education; educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize business opportunities in targeted Dermatology physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts.

How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver the clinical value proposition and advance customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education opportunities/programs for HCPs (e.g., peer-to-peer education).
- Manage Dermatology accounts in practices, clinics, outlets, and independent physician offices.
- Attain sales goals and objectives in the assigned territory by delivering product volume and other key metrics; execute brand strategy/tactics within the customer segment.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective use of company products.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials.
- Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement via local relationship-building.
- Present complex clinical and business information to Dermatologists and other decision-making audiences.
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states/treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (financial/budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office, etc.).
- Follow compliance policies/guidelines and uphold patient-first values.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- BA/BS.
- Required: 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry experience) OR 2+ years successful selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologists calling experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated strategic planning/business skills; understanding of managed care.
- Strong verbal, influencing, presentation, written communication; strong collaboration.
- Reside within or close to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Training Requirements:
- Contingent upon passing mandatory product training (written/oral exams).

Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License.

Travel Requirements:
- Drive/fly to accounts and meetings; occasional overnight travel up to 25–50%.
