Responsibilities:
- Drive demand through education following potential regulatory approval for the assigned product.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize business opportunities in dermatology physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding, clinical selling, and initial clinical/patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education opportunities (e.g., peer-to-peer education) and perform account management in dermatology practices/clinics/outlets.
- Achieve sales goals and territory metrics; execute franchise/company strategy within assigned customer segments.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials; present complex clinical/business information.
- Develop and implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states/treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources and adhere to all compliance policies/training.
Qualifications:
- Required: BA/BS; 3+ years successful pharma/biotech/medical device selling (or 2+ years at Takeda); dermatology experience/calling on Dermatologists highly preferred; strong strategic/business planning; managed care understanding; strong communication and collaboration; reside within/close to assigned geography.
- Preferred: 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; experience managing complex reimbursement issues.
Comp/Benefits (if applicable):
- Arizona (Virtual) hourly wage range: $63.51β$87.31. May be eligible for incentives and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, disability, life, tuition reimbursement, PTO, holidays, well-being; up to 80 sick hours/year; up to 120 hours paid vacation for new hires).
Training:
- Must pass mandatory product training (written/oral). During training may be non-exempt and eligible for overtime; after passing, transition to exempt status.
