About the Role
- Drive demand following potential regulatory approval through education by educating healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts in Dermatology.

How you will contribute
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Engage in clinical selling; deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across an educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education opportunities/programs for HCPs (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Conduct account management in Dermatology practices/clinics/outlets and independent physician offices.
- Attain sales goals/objectives by delivering product volume and key Territory metrics; execute brand strategy/tactics within assigned customer segment.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement and educate local decision makers.
- Present complex clinical/business information to Dermatologists and other decision-makers.
- Develop and implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (financial/budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office, etc.).
- Follow all compliance policies/guidelines and complete required training.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; OR 2+ years successful selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologists calling experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning; adaptability to market changes.
- Understanding of managed care landscape.
- Strong communication and influencing/presentation; collaboration.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling experience to HCPs in pharma/biotech/device/healthcare.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Training Requirements
- Successful completion of mandatory product training (written/oral exams).

Licenses/Certifications
- Valid Driver’s License.

Travel Requirements
- Drive/fly to accounts; occasional business meetings; overnight travel up to 25–50%.
