Responsibilities:
- Drive demand through education following potential regulatory approval; educate HCPs and optimize business opportunities in Dermatology physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding; deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical/patient access education for medical staff; coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Conduct account management in Dermatology practices/clinics and independent offices.
- Meet territory sales goals and KPIs by delivering product volume and other metrics; execute brand strategy within assigned customer segment.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials/reprints; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement and educate key decision makers.
- Present complex clinical/business information to office and institutional Dermatologists and other decision-making groups.
- Develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states/treatments.
- Manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.) and adhere to all compliance policies/training.

Minimum qualifications (Required):
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience) OR 2+ years selling at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning; managed care understanding; strong communication; collaboration; reside within/near assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct healthcare professional selling.
- Dermatologist calling experience; experience managing complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License.

Travel:
- Ability to drive/fly; occasional overnight travel up to 25–50%.

Training:
- Mandatory product training with written/oral exams; training period up to ~8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week; role transitions after successful completion.

Compensation/Benefits (Palm Bay, FL):
- Estimated hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31.
