Responsibilities
- Drive demand for assigned product through education following potential regulatory approval.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts specializing in Dermatology.
- Support account onboarding via education; support initial clinical and patient-access education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Coordinate and support HCP clinical education programs (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage Dermatology accounts (practices, clinics/outlets, independent physician offices).
- Achieve territory sales goals and KPIs; execute franchise/company brand strategy and tactics.
- Build relationships with HCP decision-makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement and educate local decision makers.
- Present complex clinical and business information to Dermatologists and other decision-making groups.
- Develop and implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states/treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs).
- Uphold patient-first values and comply with all relevant policies, guidelines, and training.

Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS; 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry experience); or 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience (highly preferred).
- Business/strategic planning; managed care understanding.
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation, writing, and collaboration.
- Reside within or near assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; Dermatologist experience.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Certifications & Travel
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to drive/fly to accounts; up to 25–50% overnight travel.

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable)
- US hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31; short-term incentives may be available; medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability/life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, holidays, well-being benefits, sick time, and paid vacation.

Training Requirements
- Must pass mandatory product training (written/oral exams); initially non-exempt during training.
