Responsibilities:
- Drive demand by educating healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimizing business opportunities in Dermatology practices, clinics, hospitals, and physician offices.
- Support account onboarding and initial clinical/patient access education for medical staff.
- Conduct clinical selling and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials.
- Coordinate clinical education (including peer-to-peer) and sponsor medical education programs.
- Manage accounts and build relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Present complex clinical/business information to office and institutional Dermatologists and related groups.
- Achieve sales goals and key territory metrics; execute brand strategy and tactics.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets/managed markets/medical affairs).

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or 2+ years selling experience at Takeda).
- Dermatology experience; experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Business/strategic planning skills; understanding of managed care.
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation, and writing.
- Collaboration skills; reside within or near assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.

Training Requirements:
- Pass mandatory product training (written/oral exams); includes role-play and study.

Licenses/Travel:
- Valid Driver’s License. Ability to drive/fly to accounts; up to 25–50% overnight travel.

Compensation/Benefits (explicit):
- New York (Virtual) hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31; eligible for short-term incentives and listed benefits.
