Responsibilities:
- Drive demand through education following potential regulatory approval.
- Educate HCPs and optimize business opportunities in targeted dermatology physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding and initial clinical/patient access education.
- Perform clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Coordinate peer-to-peer and other clinical education programs.
- Conduct account management in dermatology practices/clinics/outlets and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals and territory metrics; execute brand strategy in assigned customer segment.
- Build relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials and medical reprints.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and professional/patient groups.
- Develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).
- Follow compliance policies and training.

Qualifications:
Required:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or 2+ years at Takeda).
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience.
- Strategic planning and managed care understanding.
- Strong communication and collaboration.
- Reside within or close to assigned geography.
Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Experience with reimbursement issues.

License/Travel:
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to drive/fly to accounts; 25–50% overnight travel.

- New York – Virtual; U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31. Eligibility for medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability, life, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation/sick time (up to 80 hours sick; up to 120 hours paid vacation for new hires).
