Responsibilities:
- Drive demand for assigned product through HCP education in Dermatology practices, clinics, hospitals, and physician offices.
- Support account onboarding; provide initial clinical and patient access education.
- Conduct clinical selling and peer-to-peer/clinical education programs.
- Manage accounts and execute local marketing strategies to achieve territory sales goals and key metrics.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials; present complex clinical/business information.
- Develop and implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states/treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources; follow compliance policies and training.

Qualifications:
Required: BA/BS; 3+ years successful pharma/biotech/medical device selling (or 2+ years at Takeda); strong communication/presentation and collaboration; business/strategic planning; understanding of managed care; reside within/close to assigned geography; experience calling on Dermatologists highly preferred.
Preferred: 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; managing complex reimbursement issues.

Training/Requirements:
- Pass mandatory product training (written/oral); valid driver’s license.
- Travel/drive to accounts; up to 25–50% overnight travel.
